In a move to empower the national workforce and support business development in Qatar, Qatar Manpower Solutions Co. (Jusour) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qatar Development Bank (QDB) to establish a new strategic partnership.
This collaboration aims to enhance human resource development and bolster the national entrepreneurship ecosystem, underscoring both parties' commitment to investing in talent and human resources as fundamental pillars for advancing the Qatari economy.
The partnership holds significant importance for both organizations, focusing on the exchange of expertise and maximizing the benefits of their leading programs.
Dana Al-Dafaa, Acting Head of Operations at Jusoor, expressed enthusiasm about the MoU, stating, “We are delighted to sign this memorandum and view it as a significant step towards creating a positive impact that will stimulate growth in the Qatari job market.
